Before my parents left we decided to do a quick and by quick, i mean really fast shoot. 10 min or less- i caught a few shots of the grandparents and kids and they caught a few not so flattering shots of our little family with emory. She is still only 2 weeks old in these. such a cute little nugget that she is. love her!

its all a blur
My parents were amazing when they came to help with Emory. It is all a little bit of a blur to me- and I only caught a few pics when they were home, but here are a few of the fun things they did with the kids.
(things we don't have pics of- paddleboats, walks, school, dance, gymnastics, the library, all the dinners they made and trips to the store... the list goes on and on. we couldn't have done it without you!)
A little Valentine Cookie making.
(eat at your own risk)
not one but two trips to Ravenrock National Forest for some hiking adventures
lots of reading and playing up in the toy room.
A trip to Marbles Museum in Raleigh
Some great days outside enjoying some amazing spring weather.
And what were me and Emory doing- you guessed it. sleeping as much as possible.
And everyone needed to get in on a little loving of Emory while she slept. Funny nobody wanted to cuddle with me like they wanted to cuddle with her! I love the little snuggle bugs they are when they are so tiny!

nana and papa save the birthday!
Its a good thing that camiron thought she got nana and papa and a new baby for her birthday so she didn't feel jipped. We spent her birthday in the hospital since Emory was born the day before. (emory is Feb 6 and Camiron is Feb 7th) that should be fun...
We only made it home just before she went to bed to give her birthday kisses and have her meet Emory, so thank goodness nana and papa made it a special day. We love you our little 4 year old!!! What an amazing little girl you are. Thank you for the laughs, smiles and hugs you give this family.
