This is the only picture I took of our week with grandma pam.

she was a life saver-  and came to take care of the kids while troy and i went to his work conference in Arizona.

yes 5 whole days without kids.  it was amazing.  

like all good nerds troy loved everything he learned in his conference-

and i loved the spa services.  We got hot rock massages, a pedicure, 

hung at the pool, went for hike with my dear friend aryn, out to dinner

with our med school friend oner, we ate out, went to the mesa temple, 

and i read, read read.  i love to read.  i read 4 books while we were there.

it was heaven!  and best of all i got to spend time with my cute hubby- without 

any conversations interrupted.  i forgot what that was!

Thank you grandma pam.  we love you.  

(and the kids had a great time doing whatever they did without us!)
