a month gone by

my month just disappeared!  I started taking pictures for everyone else...

and mine just went to the sidelines :)

so by demand from the grandparents- here is a little catch up.

at least i had a good laugh!

I was able to be a parent helper on braders school fieldtrip to the Ewa train.

It was hot- but we had a great time. It was fun to see him with his little friends

My highlight of the month- catching New Moon on opening weekend.

loved it.  Love Jacob.  i don't need to say anymore.

We caught the Dino exhibit at the Bishops Museum downtown.

the kids loved it. the dinos growled and moved.  They were a little nervous at first

but then decided they were pretty great.

With all the beach pictures i have been taking for everyone

my kids have spent a lot of time at the beach this last month... so just a a few...

The zoo...

it never changes. the kids have it memorized. but they still love it.

pumpkin mania...

 we headed to the pumpkin patch on our annual trip with Moms club.

it was hot, sweaty and ohhh soo dirty.   

It has taken me four years- but i was finally ready this year.

too bad they were rotten before halloween and were thrown away.

that is what happens when it is hot and humid for halloween.  one day kids you

will "feel" what halloween is all about.

hottest hike ever

We put our house up for sale (any takers?) which means

we are kicked out every sunday afternoon for the open houses.

our first sunday out we thought we would take a nice stroll to the lighthouse.

umm.. hottest hike ever. beautiful. but miserable hot.

we'll prepare a little better next time

swimmers

B and C love swimming- a little on the obsessive side actually.

Braders moved up a level in swim class and loves it. he is on the go in the pool and has a lot of confidence which is great.

Camers also has a lot of confidence.. which is scary. the teacher let her have a practice private session to see if she could be in the class. he doesn't take kids until they turn 3 and since she is barely 2 1/2 he didn't believe me that she could swim. well she did great in the private so he put her in a class where she cried hysterically for the next 3 weeks and refused to do anything- but choke on water and cry. So out of class she is. maybe next year.

but in the meantime- here she is swimming- what she taught herself. :)

big balloons make a perfect picture

The kiddos were so jealous over mason's picture shoot with the balloons

they wanted their own. had i known they were going to be so cute

about it- i might have put something cute on them. But they are still

pretty darling at the end of a hot hot hot sweaty day!
